Was founded in 1959. The Founding Members were France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. In the beginning FEDEMAC was a group of some National Moving Associations meeting once or twice a year. FEDEMAC was the platform of the Presidents and General Secretaries of the National Moving Associations to share views and discuss problems arising due to the foundation of the European Community in 1957.

SIT Spain es un miembro premium de EuRA (European Relocation Association) y está sujeto a su ética y normas de conducta. El objetivo declarado de EuRA es difundir el conocimiento y la comprensión sobre los temas relacionados con la movilidad de los empleados. Además, EuRA mejora los estándares de rendimiento de la industria a través de la comunicación y la educación.
SIT Spain obtuvo el Sello de EURA Global Quality Seal por primera vez el 11 de marzo de 2010.


EURA Global Quality Seal está basado en un modelo de gestión de procesos ISO 9001, el EuRA GQS+ especifica los procesos y KPI, que reflejan los estándares más altos en servicios de reubicación, así como en servicios relacionados con la reubicación. Como miembro premium galardonado con el Sello de Calidad Global EuRA.

The certification programme requires that international movers have a periodic independent assessment of their inter-continental moving activities through an independent audit which is performed every three years. This ensures that FIDI companies work to a worldwide common standard for managing and performing international moving services in a uniformed, quality-minded and effective way. It also provides a transparent mechanism that ensures that the standards remain high.
