Insurance conditions
The insurance coverage will take effect from the moment the movement for the loading of the insured goods begins and will end once the unloading is completed at the destination, remaining effective during transportation.
Insured goods:
Furniture and domestic or office belongings. Automobiles.
Valuation of Insured Goods
Given the used nature of the goods and the potential for subjective criteria in their valuation, it is expressly agreed that the declared value is less than the value the insured goods would have if new or, in the case that such goods no longer exist in the market, the value corresponding to other new items of equal or similar quality, characteristics, and performance.
Any item exceeding €150 must be identified, and for sets, the number of pieces must be specified. Any item considered a cataloged Work of Art must include the Author, year, technique, and value.
Exclusions:

The insured value will be proportional in the case where the insured items, or parts thereof, are lost, irreparable, or the repair costs exceed their value.
Automobiles:
Vehicles transported are included among the insured goods but only under basic coverage with a deductible of €1,000. Mechanical or purely aesthetic damages are not covered.
Claims Procedure:
In the event of an incident, it can be reported to SIT Spain at info@sitspain.com within 24 hours. A file will be opened and must be managed and finalized within a maximum period of one month.
The settlement is based on the actual value of the goods, not exceeding the declared amount, resulting from deducting depreciation from the new value according to their age, degree of use, and condition immediately prior to the occurrence of the incident.
