MUSEOGRAPHY. EXCELLENT PROPOSALS

SIT has designed, developed and produced museographical installations for the main cultural, public and private institutions, which gives us a deep knowledge of the profession that allows us to provide the appropriate solutions according to the needs of the most heterogeneous collections.

In the last years we have approached exhibit projects of a great magnitude in which we combine a precise exhibition with the strictest conservation.

At SIT we carry out exhibit projects “key in hand” based on the needs of the institution, the content, the audience and the cultural goods exposed. For this we have coordinators with acknowledged experience, workshops and their own assembly team, which allows us to control the whole production and installation process to achieve the highest quality levels.

At SIT we design, manufacture and trade all type of equipment used for the functioning of museums: auxiliary furniture, climate control, support for components, exhibition furniture, etc. All of this produced after a previous study of the client’s needs.

SIT has an international award-winner team in the I+D field that develops and applies the highest technology in the preventive conservation area. We carry out: productions of microclimate frames, anoxia disinfestation, 3D scanner, temperature, humidity and communication control and installation, and selling of conservation materials.

+ Museography Services

SIT offers other additional services to the museography works that helps the cultural goods’ conservation during the process, such as: disinfestation and disinsectisation; restoration services; handling, packaging and transport; scanning service; photographic study; and reproduction service.
